Personal data controller
What personal data do I process and what do I need it for?
Your personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to provide my services and related activities.
1. Providing services and fulfilling the contract
• In order to provide you with a tattoo service, I need your name, contact details (phone, email), and possibly health information (e.g., allergies, skin conditions), if relevant for the safety of the service.
• Without this information, I cannot provide the service.
2. Accounting and fulfilling legal obligations
• To issue an invoice and fulfill accounting obligations, I process your billing information (name, address, VAT number if you are a business person).
• These details must be retained by law for the period set by accounting and tax regulations.
3. Marketing and sending news
• If you give me consent, I will send you updates, information about available dates, or special offers via email.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the link in the email or by contacting me.
4. Targeted advertising and content personalization
• With your consent, I can use online marketing tools (e.g., Facebook, Google) that allow me to display ads based on your previous visits to my website or interactions with social media.
• This helps me better reach customers interested in my services.
5. Improving services and website traffic analysis
• I use cookies to track website traffic and improve its functionality.
How do I protect your data?
I protect your personal data using modern technologies and security measures that minimize the risk of misuse or unauthorized access. Only I, and any external processors who meet strict data protection conditions, have access to your data.
To whom may I disclose your data?
• External processors – For some services, I use third parties such as email service providers, online advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook), or accounting services. All of these processors have the appropriate level of data protection.
• Public authorities – If required by law (e.g., tax office during an audit).
I do not sell or share your data with anyone else without your consent.
How long do I retain your data?
• Data for providing services is retained for 3 years in case of complaints or repeated visits.
• Billing data is retained for 10 years as required by law.
• Marketing data (e.g., email for newsletter) is retained until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
According to GDPR, you have the following rights:
1. Right of access – you can request an overview of the data I hold about you.
2. Right to rectification – if your data is inaccurate or outdated, you can request that I correct it.
3. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – if I no longer need your data or if I am processing it unlawfully, you have the right to request its deletion.
4. Right to restriction of processing – in certain cases, you can request the limitation of the use of your data.
5. Right to data portability – if you wish to transfer your data to another provider, I can provide it to you in a standard format.
6. Right to lodge a complaint – if you believe I am handling your data in violation of GDPR, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
